Soliman Bay is FANTASTIC for snorkeling because there are many reefs right off the shore in this shallow, calm, crystal clear bay. Chamico's is a rustic little spot on the beach with plastic tables and hammocks among the palm trees- excellent ceviche, fried fish, etc.

One of our favorites places near Tulum. Excellent to relax a day in the shadow with a hammock and your favorite drink or fresh cut coconut! This is one of the few places where you can relax all day, eat a decent seafood meal, sleep, read a nice book, swim, walk, snorkel and if you are traveling with kids they will fully enjoy the kids playground right on the beach. Note: Prices sometimes are in the high side. Also some waiting time expected.
