Such a simple but profound walk. Scrub pine meandering woodland trail opening to beach and raw surf. Gentle walk for all ages. Especially great for people wanting the dramatic views without intense hiking.

It’s just amazing! 1.5 mile round trip hike in Acadia National Park leading to beach and a rugged coastline. This is our favorite easy hike!

If you’re looking for a short, super easy and level hike that leads to beautiful scenic views, this is it. 1.3 miles round trip, dog friendly. It’s also located on the “quiet side” of the park.

This is one of my favorite place on the island. At low tide, it is expansive, with thousands of exposed rocks and hundreds of tide pools to explore.
