Simply the best! Find them at the entrance to Victoria Park in Bideford, on the quay in Appledore and at several locations in Westward Ho!

Hockings Ice cream vans can be found on the green in Westward Ho! as well as in Bideford (amongst other places). Locally made ice cream. Their signature flavour is a clotted cream style vanilla. A must for your visit if you like ice cream!

Without doubt, the best ice cream in North Devon. My favourite is the honeycomb come with vanilla ic cream, clotted cream and a flake. Delicious. The vans will be out everyday from the 5th March – 30th October. You can find us at sites in Appledore, Bideford, Ilfracombe, Instow, Torrington and Westward Ho! aswell as Sainsbury’s in Barnstaple from April 30th.

You can’t come to North Devon without trying our local Hockings ice cream, unless you’re Vegan! Their vans can be found everywhere.
