This is the most unique and intricate food you can taste in Costa Rica. HiR Fine Dining was featured on OpenTable's "25 dishes to travel around the world for" next to culinary legend Heston Blumenthal. HiR Fine Dining is a 7 course surprise menu in a rustic family style environment. It's a 3h dinner where you are served directly by the chef.
