The White River is a beautiful river. Happy Mohawk Canoe Livery is comes highly rated. It is located closer to the Michigan Lake shore.

These people are great! And busy on weekends. Call ahead to book canoes, kayaks, tubes, and 6 person rafts. We take a 3 hour trip, stop along the way for snacks, pass perhaps 10-15 cottages but the rest is completely natural with turtles, deer, herons and eagles if you’re vigilant. A quick 30-40 minute drive north.

Happy Mohawk offers kayaking and canoeing with different float time options. They will drop you off and pick you up at the end of your trip for your convenience. They are only a 10 minute drive from the Treehouse..
