We love 12 Ocean! Great food & service. The setting has a beachy feel and is casual and comfortable for all ages to enjoy. The lobster rolls and salads are so good!! The lobster BLT is to die for and is quite tasty. The prices are really great too!

Best chowda around and $6.99 lobster rolls! Full sports bar. Outdoor seating. Our go-to place. Also has a large sport's bar with 31 HDTVs, and recently opened a virtual golf course next door.

Located right around the corner on Ocean Blvd. Couple of minutes to walk. Nice bar and casual dining. Menu has something for everyone.
