Descend down an impressive staircase to a wild beach with an awesome view of Hornby and Texada Islands, and the majestic Coast Mountain Ranges on the mainland. (Not accessible by wheelchair). At low tide you can walk (usually with some shallow wading, so be prepared) to Jáji7em and Kw’ulh Marine Park [a.k.a. Sandy Island Marine Park] - but observe current tides as you could end up stranded if you don't time things correctly. Morning Beach and the beaches in the Marine Park are wild and beautiful, and in a near-pristine state.

Morning Beach Park features a steep bluff to the waterfront rising up roughly 30 metres from a sand and cobble beach on the north side of Denman Island. The bluff offers views of Hornby Island to the east and Goose Spit to the north. The park is the only access to the beach below the Komas bluffs and the only access for about eight kilometres north of Fillongley Park on the east side of Denman Island. The bluff stairs are used by the community to gain access to the beach and, at low tide, walk the 2.2 kilometres to Sandy Island to the north of Denman Island. The public also uses the end of Gladstone Way on the west side of the island to access the beach and walk to Sandy Island at low tide
