This 8 acre environmental park is a great place to enjoy viewing manatees, especially in the cooler months, as well as fishing throughout the year. Phase one of park development has been completed which includes: Kayak launch area, manatee viewing locations, walking path and landscape improvements. The kayak launch allows kayakers access to the Calusa Blueway thru Matlacha. Local companies such as "Cape Coral Kayak" offers rentals and delivery to Sirenia Vista Park. Happy Villa also offers use of Kayaks to explore the surrounding canals and mangrove areas.

City Park less than a 1/4 mile south on Ceitus Pkwy. Has a great kayak launch and fishing pier. Great place to watch Manatees in the winter months.
