Park Rd turns into Hackney Rd after the botanical gardens you’ll see a building that looks like a wine barrel- that’s the wine centre! Go in and see if they are doing wine tasting.

The building is a wonderful architectural icon for Adelaide as it has ‘Wine barrel’ bones. It has a gallery and is often used for events but the best is it opens up on the Australian section of the botanical gardens and the new wetlands garden.
