Heather the chef makes delicious authentic Caribbean food and is consistently excellent. She always provides wholesome dishes and you never leave hungry. The spices and flavours are delicious and she makes an excellent sunday roast with a twist. It's not as expensive but fantastic value for money. She also does a takeaway service but this needs to be preordered.
