Mortimer Spit has great scenic views of the ocean and a canal that boats regularly pass through. In the summer my kids bring floatation devices and swim around in the bay.

Great places for dogs to romp. Also excellent for supper picnics on hot summer nights. Peaceful.

Great place to launch a kayak. Paddle under the bridge and then to Poets Cove Resort. Visit the marine park along the shoreline.

A pebbled beach with easy access into the water! Just use caution while driving over the famous single lane bridge (that connects North Pender to South Pender). Best time of day to go for the warmest water is 1 hour before full tide.

Nice little beach, water is warmer for swimming on the shallow side. driftwood and nature.
