The ESAY (School of Arts in Yucatán) is located at the old train station that used to comunicate Mérida with the rest of Yucatán state and México, the building was built between 1913 y 1917 and actually is part of the project named Gran Parque de La Plancha that will convert the land around the building into a massive park with lot of cultural and entertainment spaces. El ESAY (Escuela Superior de Artes de Yucatán) está ubicada en la antigua estación de tren que comunicaba Mérida con el resto del estado de Yucatán y México. El edificio fue construido en 1913-1917 y actualmente es parte del proyecto llamado "Gran Parque de La Plancha" que convertirá los terrenos en un enorme parque.
