In a 1-minute drive, your day at Vettä will require very few personal belongings. We recommend bringing a comfortable bathing suit (bathing suits are required in all areas of the spa), a reusable water bottle, sunglasses, sandals, and if you like, a good book! Please note that mobile phones and other electronic devices must be kept in your locker and are not permitted in the spa area. The Nordic spa experience involves alternating between hot and cold. This may not be suitable for those suffering from high or low blood pressure, diabetes, or cardiac arrhythmia. Please inform us if you are pregnant as some restrictions may apply.
