Great Burgers! Hand Cut Chophouse is changing the way people eat burgers, steaks and all cuts of meat one meal at a time. We dedicate that every piece of meat we serve has respect for the animal and the land the animal has been raised on. Not a fan of meat? Do not worry...we have plenty of vegetarian dishes available, including many delicious salads. The dining experience at Hand Cut is also dedicated to an elevated level of service and quality. We are a chophouse with fine cut steaks, pork chops, other quality meats, and steak house sides. Between our craft beer program, mixology cocktails and an elevated selection of fine wines Hand Cut will impress even the most polished of cocktail & wine enthusiasts.
