With a line that reaches out the door on most days, you know Hattie B's Hot Chicken is good before you even taste it. Their chicken comes in four levels of hotness, from mild to extremely spicy. Crispy and fried to perfection, it's arguably some of the best soul food in Nashville. Add a couple of…
"Great prices, friendly service, and the chicken was amazing. Crispy outside and overflowing with juices inside! The different heat levels on the sauces were both flavorful and powerful. The 'Shut the cluck up' sauce is not for the faint of heart!! If you want great Nashville Hot Chicken, this is…
The centrally located place for Hot Chicken. Expect long lines, but you can order to go
Hot chicken is a Nashville staple! The best place to try it out is definitely Hattie B’s. They have multiple locations but my favorite one is in Midtown.
A newer version of Nashville's famous hot chicken, but really great. Local tap beer also, but prepare to stand in line.
Mild to very spicy fried chicken, southern sides & local brews in a casual, counter-service eatery.
Ok, if you've ever heard of "Nashville Hot Chicken"...this is it. It's probably the hottest stuff you'll ever eat...but, it's crazy good. There are several that I would recommend...Prince's is the original... But, Hattie B's is probably the best.
The originators!! Hot chicken and great sides! Featured on the food channel!

“This is a museum for everyone - not just country music fans. This tells the story of American Music.”
“The Bridgestone Arena (formerly Sommet Center) is an immense building that hosts impressive events that range from classical concerts to sports. This entertainment center has hosted the Miss Teen America Pageant, a concert by American Idol's Clay Aiken, Sarah McLachlan, Prince, and even the US 2004 Gymanstics Championships. Within the center there are meeting rooms, rehearsal halls, the Levy Restaurant, scoreboards and VIP suite facilities. Dedicated to music is the Music City Theater with excellent acoustics for a musical performance. Visit www.bridgestonearena.com for schedule of events.”
“For breakfast or brunch, very touristy but yummy. Try the bronuts - fried dough with marscapone and bluberry compote or the "east nasty" hot chicken breakfast sandwich. Go early, call in for take out (not as fun!) or be prepared to wait in a very long line. ”
“Looking for a quiet drink before or after a night downtown? This is one of the best. Slip behind the curtain and you're in a speakeasy with great designer drinks.”
