Are you interested in architectural salvage? Looking for the perfect door or trim for your victorian renovation? This is where you need to go. The store isn't for the average person, as the pieces are rather large and will need lots of work, but for those who want to be true to the time period of their homes, this is one of the few places to go. The GHF's other property, 1871 on the Strand, is currently closed but when it opens is a great place for Galveston souvenirs.
