Less than an hour from the cottage, you can go tubing, kayaking, or stand-up paddle boarding on the Cape Fear River. Go to www.capefearadventures.com for information.

Kayak rentals about 7 or so minutes away. We got a tandem kayak and Roman was able to jump in with us. Awesome way to spend 3-5 hours. Definitely don’t forget sunscreen.
