Le Petit Café, between the Sé Cathedral and the São Jorge's Castle is a terrace which opens doors to an attractive rustic-style interior. It's a restaurant and wine bar, open throughout the day from lunch to dinner, featuring daily specials together with choices of fish, meat, pastas, and salads.

Chill out after sightseeing and before going out - the drinks this bar serves are good (got a happy hour, too) and sometimes they have live music on their outside terrace. Had food there once, which is ok if you are in a rush. Though note, there is better restaurants around to eat.
