Great breakfasts and early lunches served. They tend to close around 3pm most days and stop serving hot food quite early, so be sure to get there by 1ish is you want a cooked meal. Delicious coffee and home made bakes and cakes served from morning into the afternoon.

Grub & Gumption is our favourite cafe, situated a couple of miles walk along the seafront in East Preston. The coffee is great (ask for the Edgecumbes blend) and the food is really fresh and tasty. The staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is great in this part of East Preston.
