Don't let the name fool you. This Costco is open to anyone with a Costco card. They don't have clothing or personal items...but they have bacon, eggs, ice, beer, wine and booze!!!!

This is a very rare Costco (I think only 9 of them in the world), it is set up for business, but any member can shop there. For large groups, this is the place to shop and get prices as if you were a restaurant. Its food section is set up to sell to restaurants instead of households.
