Repeat from above, but Bruce Trail runs through Beamer and there are hiking options here. Enjoy a rugged hike to the creek, if you feel adventurous or take a casual walk at the top of the escarpment. This is also a bird watching stop for migratory hawks.

Beautiful waterfall views of the deeply incised Forty Mile Creek gorge and home to a rather nice little hiking trail and some excellent viewpoints.

This one calls for a bit of a drive but it is worth it! Offering a nice little loop in the forest with easy walking trails and gorgeous views, it is one of my favourites. If you are feeling adventurous go down the escarpment stairs to a beautiful waterfall. You could also stop in for a treat and coffee or even lunch at Station 21 after!

Trip Advisor: 4.5/5 (20 reviews) Enjoy stunning panoramic views of Grimsby and Lake Ontario from four lookouts along the Lookout Trail. The trail will also lead you to the 23-metre Upper Beamer Falls over the Escarpment. In the spring, be sure to check out the unique Hawk Migration that occurs along the Niagara Escarpment. To get to Beamer Memorial Conservation Area, take Mountain Street to the top of the Escarpment, then turn right on Ridge Road, go 1.6 km to Quarry Road and proceed to the parking lot on the right.
