Sebastian Joe’s (1007 West Franklin Avenue) - Open early and late. “Homemade ice cream in unique, rotating flavors draws crowds to this family-run parlor.” We are partial to the raspberry chocolate chip ice cream, which is one of their signature flavors. Also a nice spot for a quiet morning coffee with a communal copy of the New York Times.
