Actually the best Italian bakery ever. Carroll Gardens is an old Italian neighborhood and there are some places that have stuck around - this is one of them, and the cookies, fresh-baked pastries, and cannolis will melt in your mouth. Amazing.

Italian-American bakery with tiled floors, cafe tables so you can enjoy your pastry at the store if you wish. I like the pignoli cookies, the eclairs, the fruit tarts, and I love the cheesecake.
