Excellent Breakfast! 15-20mins west from the tiny home in the town of Minturn. There is typically a wait on weekends so be prepared. Again, they close during the offseason, so keep that in mind.

The classic greasy spoon for breakfast or lunch. This Minturn landmark is chock full of Darla's memorabilia and a model train that circles the whole inside of the joint.

My new favorite breakfast spot! I love their menu. The breakfast burrito is huge and delicious and they have a variety of eggs Benedict dishes, including the "Thanksgiving Every Day Bene".
