A wonderful park on the riverfront with the carousel, playground for the little ones, amphitheater with live music, splash pad, and great views of the water.

The Steeves Home is only minutes away from Riverfront Park, a 23-acre park located along the Willamette River in Downtown Salem. Includes the "Willamette Queen" for a riverboat experience on the Willamette River when travel was only by steam-powered sternwheeler boats.

Yet another great park in Salem, that you can access from Minto Brown Park (if you are in for a long walk) or you can bike there on the many trails. Then walk downtown Salem and check out the shops, the Cara-sol in the park or restaurants nearby.

Great views of the Willamette River. Connects to Minto Island Park and Wallace Marine Park via some pretty cool bridges. Also home of the Carousel if you want to ride that and the Gilbert House Museum - both great places for kids.
