This is hands down the best beach in the area. Probably one of the best beaches in the country. Huge dune structure, not crowded, and beautiful rolling surf. A neat little cafe that serves food and restrooms. There is a small fee but it is worth it.

Great State Park which offers kayaking, hiking, beach access with little beach caffe, market, clean bathrooms and showers. Plenty of parking spots!
