Augustine Wine Bar offers a wine-centric experience that allows guests to drink current vintage wines, or go back in time with our daily offerings of back vintage wines dating back to the 19th Century. Our food program is headed by Chef Dro Dergevorkian and aims to elevate your wine experience with dishes inspired by European and Asian flavors and techniques.

Very cool wine bar with nice energy and vibe. Helpful bartenders and great wine list with access to a splendid cellar with superb and rare wines available. They also have a great menu.
For all you wine-os this is the place to go! Their wine list is huge and very diverse. They have vintage wine by the glass which is always great to experience without having to spend $500 on the entire bottle :)

“The Bellwether’s eclectic New American menu takes inspiration from Co-Owner and Executive Chef Ted Hopson’s nostalgic memories of cheerful family meals. Growing up in a large Italian household in the Los Angeles suburbs, he developed a reverence for food at an early age, assisting his Italian-born grandmother in the garden and kitchen practically as soon as he could walk. Later on, while in college, Hopson kept his culinary flame burning by cooking at Mario’s Place, Riverside’s premier Italian restaurant, and quickly realized that cooking remained his greatest lifelong passion.”
