The River Walk goes all the way from the far eastern end of Sparks to very nearly the western end of Reno. The are through the downtown corridor winds through shops, bars, and then continues through parks. To the east, it follows the Truckee River through several parks, through Sparks' industrial district, and terminates at a great swimming hole.

Very tranquil nicely landscaped walk thru town. Shops along the trail to have a quick bite or nice drink and enjoy the sun and sound of water. You can even wade in the water and cool your feet.
