Chaweng Noi beach rather than Chaweng Beach. Chaweng Noi is amazing for swimming when the weather is calm - if you like open water sea swims then this is for you - we swim from one side of the bay to the other. Fabulous for walks and beach sunbathing too. Lots of restaurants along the beach and few top notch hotels you can buy drinks in.

Although one of the most popular of beaches, this part of Chaweng beach is more charming. Enjoy the big waves and clear water. Access this beach at The Beach Bar (Temporarily closed) Google Maps: G334+73

Most popular beach. Chaweng Beach does tend to get crowded, particularly in the afternoons. If you want a quiet spot to relax, head towards the southern end of the beach. Beware of jet ski scams
