Best place to have a cocktail and dinner in Springdale. Their salsa is delicious! They are a Southwest Grill restaurant with the best ribeye in town. Their fish tacos are incredible and they have really great pasta dishes too.

When you come to Zion, Angel's Landing is a must! It is a strenuous hike but the sights are indescribable. It is iconic for Zion Canyon.

Observation Point is a lesser known hike than Angel's Landing but is even more spectacular, I feel, when you get to the top. It actually looks down on Angel's Landing and has more views. It is an 8 mile hike up and back.

This hike takes you through the Virgin River with both the Western and Eastern Canyon walls jutting straight up on both sides. A must!!

This IS the hidden gem of Zion. I'm totally letting you in on a secret. This is the less traveled part of Zion Canyon and if you drive up Kolob Terrace Road, you'll come upon many trailheads that are worthy of taking. At the very end of the road is Kolob Reservoir which is a fun place to enjoy the water. You'll need to pack all your own amenities though because there aren't any up there.
