One of the many coffee shops to choose from in Encinitas. You can spot it from the road, because it looks like a yellow house. Lots of outdoor seating to sit and hang out. Great coffee and muffins! I love the pumpkin muffin. :)

Another great coffee place. Sometimes there's a long line on the weekends, though. The salted caramel latte is my favorite!

So many good breakfast options! There can be a long wait on the weekends. My secret is to get there on the earlier side or on the later side (1pm). Have breakfast for lunch, without the wait.

This is a great place to hike and explore the natural life in the lagoon. We have seen jumping fish here, so keep your eyes open. The patio above the visitor center is a great place to hang out and has some lovely views.
