This is a popular spot that you can walk to from the house! Just go out the front door to the canal entrance and follow the path over the bridge. Turn right to get to the walking path and follow that to the left (south) until it ends and you'll be right at the foot of the mountain. This is an easy hike for all ages and ability levels!
