We live in a very laid back neighborhood in the foothills! It is quiet and surrounded by beautiful trees. It is not uncommon to see animals around here! Keep your eyes peeled because deer, elk, and other critters will dart in front of your car without hesitation.

Pack for all 4 seasons in one trip ;)
Days here can be wonderful and warm one day or brisk and chilly the next - this is not unusual! I recommend always having a rain jacket. We provide an umbrella to borrow if necessary. Bring those hiking boots because we have many trails right near our home. Colorado is a great place to sport a baseball cap because the sun is strong!! Sunscreen highly encouraged! :)
