Mt. Hood / Gorge. Do the all you can eat buffet atTimberline Lodge and/or take the lift up to the top - it's for sightseers as well as skiers. Hood River: Craft beer afficianado's Do lunch at Full Sail or Pfriem Brewpub. Bridge of the Gods: look for native peoples selling spring or fall Chinook on the side of the road. Grab a whole one and throw it on the barbie or in the oven when you get back to The Tree House. Multnomah Falls: Try to hike all the way to the top if you can. The Kennedy School: One of the many unique McMennamins venues and enjoy a Scotch & cigar in the Detention Room.

Tillamook Creamery - take the tour and sample their world famous cheese and ice cream. Ecola State Park. Hike to the top and take in breathtaking postcard views of the Oregon Coast. Seaside: Classic beachfront town and boardwalk. Drive on the beach from Seaside to Astoria. An AWD vehicle is required, mostly to get to the packed sand near the water. Once there it is like driving on asphalt with the waves literally lapping at your tires. Be mindful of the seagulls and sandpipers :-)
