The moment you arrive at our property and see the enormous eighty foot cypress trees and a 100’ footbridge that takes you safely across the seasonal creek to your private tree house, you realize you are in a special place. Also be aware for those guests staying in the lofts upstairs, our cabins are custom built around the trees, to decrease the weight of the structure, we used spiral staircases to the loft which can be a bit narrow, but it is part of the charm of our treehouse cabins.
Fully-restored 1850s German Home in Downtown NB |B
This is the back unit of a fully-restored 1850s German home in downtown New Braunfels. The footprint became a duplex in the 1930s and we left it as such. The living room contains a "truth window" - a section where we left the original German fachwerk exposed for those who admire old homes to see some of the original settlers' handiwork. This property is right downtown - restaurants and bars are a block away. Also close to Schlitterbahn, the Comal river, and The Float In. Edit
A quirky little house in the heart of downtown New Braunfels with all of the thoughtful details that help to make you feel more at home. If you are looking for a weekend get away or have guests from out of town needing a place to stay, this is the rental for you! The Biscuit is ready to be your home base for exploring New Braunfels! Tubing, shopping, dining, Schlitterbahn, glass bottom boats in San Marcos, dancing halls in Gruene- plenty of fun awaits! Permit#SUP19-054
