A truly romantic experience! Couples who deserve a cottage break can't look past this! The Little Dundrennan Cottage is in the heart of the stunning Falkland. A beautiful garden full of beautiful flowers and colourful plants will delight you from March till October. The cottage was a stable in the 17th and 18th centuries and now is a pleasant and charming place to stay. Enjoy a king size bed, cozy conservatory, blackout curtains, kitchen amenities , SMART tv, Netflix, wifi and other facilities.

Loch Leven Loft is a two storey self contained studio apartment, in Milnathort, a rural village in the county of Kinross, Scotland, offering self-catering accommodation. The open plan upper floor offers outstanding views across the village golf course to the Lomond and Bishop hills and contains the lounge and sleeping area, with accommodation for 2-3 people. (Double bed, with single bed and cot available). The ground floor contains a fully fitted kitchen, shower room/toilet and entrance.

Charming, vintage style cottage with free parking

Holmlea is a cosy, sandstone cottage c. 1840, nestled in a quiet, pretty and historic tiny road in the friendly village of Freuchie. With light, spacious, high-ceilinged rooms, Holmlea has an arty, vintage style, and is a welcoming, comfortable and relaxing space. There is free parking in the road opposite the cottage, and a large, free car park (25m away). Most of our guests tell us they feel instantly at home on arrival, and many don't want to leave! Hillside Well Cottage is a family run 4 bedroom cottage set in a beautiful, peaceful location in the Perthshire countryside, with spectacular views of the Lomond Hills bordering Fife. It is centrally situated, and a perfect base for visiting many places of interest including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Pitlochry, Gleneagles, St Andrews, Perth and Dundee. Also, locally, the East Neuk, Falkland and Kinross on the banks of lovely Loch Leven offer many attractions and are well worth a visit.

This unique cottage has a style all of its own with beautiful views over the fields to the sea. Sit and relax in peace and luxury or in the outdoor woodfire hikki bath. All newly renovated and fully equipped to be your home away from home. Centrally located just 40 from Edinburgh, St Andrews, Gleneagles and Elie and only 10 minutes from local villages, all with links to local transport. Plus 30 minutes from Edinburgh airport. However once here we guarantee that you won't want to leave.

Ashtrees Cottage

Ashtrees Cottage, has Loch Leven Nature Reserve on its door step. The Balgedie Toll Tavern & Levens Larder both less than 10 minutes walk from the Cottage. Its a great place to stay when you're to explore towns and villages around the East Neuk of Fife. And Edinburgh, St Andrews, Gleneagles and Stirling only a 40 minute ride away. Glasgow is an hours drive. Its a great place to base yourself if you are planning to explore the Lowlands and Southern Highlands of Scotland.

Stylish cottage in the old town of Kinross, 5 minutes from Loch Leven. Get to the Edinburgh Festival via our park & ride bus service from Kinross in less than an hour. Double bedroom upstairs, double sofa bed downstairs. Two bathroom/ shower rooms. Desk/ work station on mezzanine level. This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

Brand new Lodge ( July 2016 ) situated in Lochmanor Lodge Park just outside the village of Dunning in rural Perthshire within easy reach of Gleneagles. There is a small Lochan inside the Estate , a variety of wild life is seen including Herons and Swans. Perth is 9 miles away and it is 6 miles to Auchterarder and The Gleneagles Hotel. This an ideal base to tour the Perth and Kinross area, Stirling is 22 miles away and Edinburgh and Glasgow within easy reach.
