Welcome to our lovely garden house in a quiet part of Malmö. The cottage is fully equipped with most things you need. Free parking in our Carport and close to public transport. About 3,5 km to Hyllie station, trains to Copehagen and airport. Close to highway exit. If you like, you can borrow bicycles, it's about 10-15 minutes bike ride into town/beaches. If you don't mind sharing the garden with us you are welcome to make use of our BBQ and lovely orangery in summer. Free WiFi & Netflix

Small house in the garden with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Approx 12 m2. Situated in Limhamn / Sibbarp area close to the beach and Oresundbridge. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Good communications to the city centre of Malmö. Approximately 30 min with coach nr 4. Limhamns centre is 1, 5 km and Malmö city 7,5 km from the house. Hyllie Station, the closest stop and train station from CPH airport is reached by coach nr 33 and then change to nr 4 towards Bunkeflostrand/ Klagshamn.
The room is around 5×5 m. Bed is 105x200 cm and comfortable. The flat is quiet. Check in and check out time varies depending on my work. In weekdays most probably it will be after work. We need to make an agreement about a time that works for both of us. This is usually not a problem. There's a food store 100 m from the flat, open 7-22 daily. Excellent public transport close. From the Central station you take bus 5, it takes about 10 minutes. By foot you reach the city center in 20-35 minutes and there is a popular bar, restaurant and cultural area about 15 minutes walk away. Tea, instant coffee and fruit upon arrival included in the price. Schampoo, conditioner and shower gel also. Returning guests will get a 10 % discount.
