This is a brand new house with a stunning lake view. You have private room and private full bath, access to community gym and swimming pool. Convenient located in Katy , easy to get to I-10 or westpark tollway. Close to Katy mill and a lot of restaurants. Super nice neighborhood with many lakes and trail. Quiet and cozy. ( I have two cute basenji pups and sometimes other boarding dogs. you must be a dog lover to book the room because they may beg for your hugs and food 😂)
