Our 555 sq ft modern loft is open concept with 6 wonderfully large windows that light the place right up. We are located right in the heart of downtown, and the only condo building to be directly connected to the lrt train station. ****The building does not have parking*** there is parkades and street parking available just outside the building at your cost.

The building is surrounded by restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, public transportation and is a 25-minute walk to Roger's Place and two blocks from 124th Street. The unit features 1-bedroom with a queen-size bed and pullout couch in the living room for those who might be travelling with others.
