We require hand washing upon entry, and you will be asked to wear a mask until local guidelines allow. We'll introduce ourselves and we will give you a tour of our professional studio and kiln area to have an insider's view of how pottery is made. Your instructor is an Atlanta ceramic artist, our studio is an incubator for those launching careers as artists selling their work. We'll have a short demonstration then an artist will guide you to make pots of your own. You will make 2-3 pots over the course of the next hour+ then you will get to select your own glaze colors for us to finish and fire your work. Unlike other experiences - there are no extra fees for extra pots! Great for groups or couples. Since pottery takes several weeks to dry, then proceeds with two firings - pottery that you make during your event will be ready in about 6 weeks. Local pick-up is free. We can give an estimate for US shipping rates while you are here, international deliveries will require more exacting details for shipping rates and will require a follow-up email and/or invoice. Average US shipping is between $15 and $20. Your instructor will be in touch when your pottery is complete.
