The Garden Room

Newly built comfortable annexe connected to the side of a beautiful Georgian farmhouse. Double bedroom with lovely beams. Fitted with a small ensuite and a kitchenette fitted with a kettle, toaster, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven and fridge. Beautiful views of the countryside. Perfect for business trips and holidays all year round. We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food.

Myer Bridge Farm Cottage

Myer Bridge Farm Cottage is situated on the A425, one mile out of the market town of Southam. It is a detached two-bedroom cottage that has been renovated and refurbished to a high standard. The Cottage sits immediately adjacent to the Farm House, and is part of a small 40 acre farm. We are on an A road so there is traffic noise. (please be aware that guests book and then complain about the road) As a working farm, there is animal noise too. The cottage is NOT suitable for children.

Tachbrook Mallory Cottage with Countryside Views

Tachbrook Mallory Cottage is a reasonably new cottage, built to blend in with the neighbouring Coach House which dates back to 1750. Therefore it has old world charm but with modern facilities. It has lovely countryside surroundings and is close to three historic towns and only 5 minutes from a Motorway and 10 minutes from a station where you can be in London in 1 hour 25 minutes. Ideal base from which to visit the UK. Pathway to Tachbrook Mallory Hotel if attending a function there.

The Annexe at Brookview

Superb bright and spacious self contained annexe attached to the main house, with a double bedroom which comprises of a double bed and single bed, sky tv, WiFi. The annexe is part of our main house but has its own private bathroom, Galley Kitchen with dining area, Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and hob plus tea and coffee making facilities. The entrance is shared with our part of the house with access through the main lobby, but you can come and go freely.

Cherry Tree Cottage is ideal for that staycation, a base for visiting local attractions or a base for those working away from home.

National Trust Properties also in close proximity including one in the next village. Other Local Sites are Stratford - upon - Avon, Warwick and The Cotswolds, Plenty to see and do in the local area. Full equipped Self Catering Accommodation with a Super King Size Bed. Lots if wonderful pubs in the surrounding Villages.
