Old Spitalfields Market
This place in East London has a great range of classes, including yoga, cycling sessions on Wattbikes, interval training, and really tough TRX sessions, which use suspension. It’s big with the young-professional Soho House crowd. If you feel like you’ve really earned it, step out and you’re right on to Spitalfields Market, which is full of great restaurants and little shops as well as probably the best street food you’ll find in the area. Just make sure you earn it at Ethos first!

This is a big shopping area from high street shops to clothing stalls. Can be a little touristy but great if you want to go just to one area to find everything in one place. Great food stalls too!

“Flower market on Sunday but fun all weekend. The Royal Oak is a great pub for drinks, Marksman has excellent food, Brawn is another fantastic restaurant, as are Campania and Morito.”
“The market is only on Sundays. Clothes, book, bits, street food. It's a close walk from Columbia Rd flower market. ”
“The Whitechapel Art Gallery was founded in 1901 to bring great art to the people of east London. Internationally acclaimed for its exhibitions of modern and contemporary art and its pioneering education and public events programmes, the Gallery has premiered international artists such as Pablo Picasso, Frida Kahlo, Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko and Nan Goldin, and provided a showcase for Britain’s most significant artists from Gilbert & George to Lucian Freud, Peter Doig to Mark Wallinger.”
“Very trendy and funky place to visit for bars, restaurants and overall a fab vibe ”
“Easy access to 4 different tube lines (Central, Hammersmith + City, Circle, Metropolitan), national railway and trains to and from Stansted Airport. It's a 10 minute walk from the flat, and the Central tube line also runs all night on Friday and Saturday.”
