The San Diego Outlets at the Border joins a star-studded list of world class Factory Outlet Centers, which include Las Americas Premium Outlets, The Plaza at the Border and San Diego Factory Outlet Center. Sandwiched in between these mega centers are a host of duty free companies offering duty free shopping to travelers who are crossing into Mexico to shop.
