Once landing in Belize at BZE you can be met by your shuttle, get a taxi into the city for the bus, or pick up your rental car. Don't forget that you can purchase duty free in Arrivals in Belize. Allowances are 4 bottles of liquor per person, or 6 bottles of wine per person. Wine and liquor are expensive in the stores in Belize, so worth a stop. Belizean rum is great and affordable though, and can be found on every store shelf in Belize.

The Belize International Airport. Customs & Immigration Forms are handed out on your flight to Belize. 1 form per person is required (regardless of what the flight attendants inform you). When you arrive at the BZE International Airport, you will stand in line to go through Immigration (show them the form you filled out on the plane along with your passport). Next is the baggage claim area. This is also where you purchase duty free items to bring to the island. (Don’t forget to pick up your bags at baggage claim!) Then you proceed to Customs. Again, show them the Customs/Immigration Form that you filled out on the plane along with your passport. You then exit two sets of double doors and either check-in for your local 15-minute flight to the island or take a right and exit the airport.
