Best Tapas & Pinchobar in Utrecht Zwarte Vosch is a cosy restaurant downtown Utrecht at de Oude Gracht ("old canal)."The menu offers great choice with fish, meat and vegetarian tapas.

These are the best tapas in the Netherlands....no joke!! Its a pincho bar which is the northen spainish style of tapas. Excellent food and service, just make sure you are hungry when you go! Also book ahead on the weekends as it does get busy. 030 67 00 791
