Home to over 120 bird species, you will see waterfowl, great blue herons, raptors and if your lucky maybe even a beaver or two right out back on Delta Ponds.

These nearby ponds are surrounded by a safe gravel/dirt path. The ponds were restored over the last 15 years and have become a resting place for "small fry" - the young salmon. Additionally, migrating waterfowl and nesting raptors are present in season. The path is out and back at this point (2019), but will become a loop path in the near future. Lt. on Norkenzie, Lt. on Goodpasture. Stay on Goodpasture until you see the first parking area on your Lt. It is paved and there is a Buck's toilet in the lot. A second parking area is further down the road, also on the Lt.
