Considered the division between uptown and downtown, it has a beautiful big fountain at the end of a great garden. Social center where you can find many restaurants, coffee places, shops, etc.

It has a huge illuminated fountain, an extensive lawn where people go jogging or play with their dogs, a park for kids to play, a kiosk with an esplanade to drink a coffee and relax.
