We lived in Seoul, South Korea before moving to Portland so we have a soft spot for Korean food. We eat SO many bibimboxes and highly recommend. This is a food cart so there is some covered seating but it's all outside, so during colder weather it's best as takeout. They are also on Postmates,…
Here's another of PDX Eater's essential 38 restaurants within walking distance. You can sit under cover at this Korean food cart or grab to go on your way to Mt. Tabor.
Street Market = Food Cart? This place is the best! A little bit up the street from most of the hustle and bustle of Division Street but well worth it. Holy moly it's good. Get the BiBimBox with your choice of protein (and yes they have tofu for the vegetarians!) Covered seating area.
“Well designed space featuring a rotation of thoughtfully selected roasters. ”
“Such great Italian gelato. The owners moved from Florence just a few years ago. Don’t miss!”
“Great HH (Mon – Fri : 4 – 6, Sat - Sun : 11:30 - 6), outdoor seating in the summer, and yummy noodles + other Japanese food. Service can be hit or miss, but not terrible. It's not our most favorite sushi place (see Yama Sushi on Clinton), but worth the HH prices.”
“Teeny-tiny, itty-bitty, cutie-pie restaurant featuring a nice blend of Pacific NW cuisine and Hipster Portland Foodie cuisine. Literally right around the corner! Pro-Tip: They don't accept reservations and tend to have a bit of a wait considering the whole restaurant seats about a dozen people, but they like to VIP those of us in the 'hood, so if you call and let them know you live around the corner they'll get you right on the wait list.”
