We love walking along the canal and then up to Hamstead and Parliament Hill. The views are spectacular over London, day and night!
A breathtaking view of the city of London, a park where it is perfect to walk, well a large bar to eat or have a drink, there are public services and many banks to sit and contemplate the views. Prefect to go as a family. 100% recommended.
“This is the only supermarket in Hampstead Village. it's a rather small one too, but obviously convenient when stepping out of Hampstead station from a day trip.”

“This gorgeous Victorian mansion is the perfect place for a cup of tea in Hampstead village with the added benefit of soaking in some Hampstead history with the museum on the upper floors. Sadly their scones are on the dry side but extra cream tends to do the trick :) ”
“Free swimming early in the morning - but the pool is unheated so only for the brave”
“I’m not a massive fan of Keats, but I love his Regency villa, now a museum. Virginia Woolf’s essay Great Men’s Houses takes you on a tour of Keats’s residence. Her language totally breathes life into the dusty furniture. Take a copy of it to read on the spot. There are special events all year based on Keats’s Romantic poetry. Check out the faery-themed family day or the Valentine’s night with poetry readings, live jazz, and pop-up bar.”
