Beautiful hiking trail with views of the north valley at the summit. This hike is very easy and can be completed without much effort. Do not hike without water, a small snack, and sunscreen. Make sure to only hike in early morning hours during the summer, if at all.

Great set of easy to moderate hiking trails directly north, it is about a 15-20 minute drive on the scenic part of the Cave Creek Road on the way to Carefree and Cave Creek. Especially great when wildflowers are blooming in the spring. This set of trails is also commonly used for horse back and mountain biking so keep alert on the trail. There are bathrooms but no drinking water, nice size parking lot.
